This is also called 4 ball high-middle-low shower. The 7 tends to be lower than it should be, so when you first try this, pay attention to the 7. One way to look at it is that from 4 ball shower, you throw 1 ball really high, and then do a 3 ball high-low shower underneath it.

One of the easiest siteswap patterns with 4 balls. Make a high throw (6, so doesn’t swap hands) and then do two 3 ball cascade throws underneath it starting from the opposite hand from which you threw the 6. Continuous 633633… is much harder than a single pattern in 4 balls fountain. Keeping the 3 ball throws low is the key.

The heights of the throws are as follows, very high(7), high(5), normal(3) and pass(1). The height ratio of 753 should be something like 16:8:2. So, the 7 must be higher than you think. Each number in 7531 represents the travel time. 7531 is a logical extension of 531. Get comfortable with 531 before you try 7531. You can extend this pattern to 97531, (11)97531… etc. I’m working on 97531.

From 4 ball fountain, make a high cross throw and then do 441 with the remaining 3 balls. This one is the easiest 4 ball siteswap patterns with a throw of 7.
